Evaluating Online Course Quality
- Blackboard Exemplary Course Program (ECP) Award: Volunteer peer reviewers evaluate only hybrid or fully online courses that have been taught in a Blackboard system at least once, including evidence of student interaction and collaboration. (NOTE: The ECP Rubric and process may change each year. Changes are usually announced in December or January with submissions due in February.)
- The ECP Rubric can be used to help improve online courses in any system. Use of Blackboard and participation in the program are not required to use the rubric.
